I made this work in a peiod where I was working on portrait commissions constantly. Sometimes I just needed to paint something for myself. Without having to worry about resemblence or accuracy. It was very inuitive and "in the moment" kind of process.

This artwork was made on paper, especially prepared for oil paints. For the paint, only the highest quality of oilpaints were used. The artwork comes in a clip frame with pass-partout. But the art work can easily be framed differently.
